I just wanted to say thanks again to all our european fans who really showed a lot of love these past few weeks.  From the beginning to the end of the tour we were blown away by the number of people coming to our shows and their enthusiasm was infectious.  Thank you. Gracias. Obrigado. Danke. Kitos.  Tak.  Now we are turning our attention back to North America.  We got a bunch of US and Canadian dates coming up to coincide with the release of Self Medication.  We are really excited to see what the people think about our new stuff.

Thanks for all the support we have been receiveing on n our current european tour!   special thanks to slovenia and finland for some massive shows!  also big up to berlin, vienna, hamburg, afflenz, olten, and all the towns that have shown us so much love this tour!

Thanks to everyone who came out to the 3 shows we just did in Texas. We were blown away by the enthusiasm. We were especially amazed by the 2 sold out nights at the Flamingo Cantina! Wow!

The 2nd night was recorded for a live DVD that should come out by next summer.

we have completed music for a new cd entitled, "self medication", that will be out in the USA and Canada on april 15. It will be distributed through Red Eye distribution. We are working on a european and japanese version for june.

So when the Slackers hit the west coast of the US of A they will be bringing with them a new disc, The Boss Harmony Sessions.

As some of you may know, the band has been recording new material. They are now up to over 25 songs in some sort of working order.

So 12 songs from this pool are gonna be put on the Boss Harmony sessions and it will be on Special Potato records in North America, Disk Union in Japan, and Rocker's Revolt in Uk/Europe.

A preview version will first be available at the Slackers west coast, florida, and costa rica concerts in september.

Later in the fall, there will be more general distribution through such outlets as interpunk.com

Thanks so much for the support everyone has been giving us about the cruise replacing coney island.

I just wanted to let people know if they were thinking about coming by there are a handful of tickets available.

So if you want one get there early. Boarding begins at 1 p.m. Cruise leaves at 2 p.m.

Once again, all coney island tickets should have been refunded. People who bought coney island tickets need to get new tickets.

Boat is the half moon and is on the east side - 23rd st & the FDR.
