Hi Marcus,

Its nice to read that you as great musicians still enjoy a good show!
The Specials 30th year anniversary... It must have been one awesome great party! If they come anywere near Groningen i`ll be sure to see them. The first vinyl i ever got was back in 1988. I just turned six years old when i got the 1979 Specials single called "Gangsters". Just six years old, but i understood ska music was the bomb.
Things haven`t changed all that much... After all those years it still sounds great!

I saw two shows by the Slackers this time, in Dordrecht and Leeuwarden. (the Netherlands) Both shows were good.
After the show in rainy Leeuwarden i decided that 2 slackers T-shirts a hoody just wasn`t enough. I bought two new shirts but it wasn`t meant to be... Just after a couple of hours someone stole my brandnew shirt!! :(
Unfortunately the show in Leeuwarden was the last show in the Netherlands, otherwise i`d have picked up a new shirt.
I just hope it was a real big fan who took the shirt... :P

Hopefully i will see you guys in The Vera (Groningen, the Netherlands) soon!

O! Almighty Slackers!
First off, I love your music - it's so fine, so incredible. I cannot stop listening to your records over and over. I found out about you with 'Information Error' in the Give 'Em the Boot compilation III and then I got the records Peculiar, Wasted Days and the rest... Beautiful.
Sadly, though, I have never seen you live, which might be astonishing. I only wish you would consider coming down to Buenos Aires once, just one single little time (I've read you've been to Brazil, why not move a little closer?). You can (should, MUST!!!!) come along with Rancid, and believe me, it'll be a blast, indeed. Just think about it. None of you guys have ever made till here, and a one night gig will be definitely $old out.
That's my wish...
Anyways, I just wanted to salute you and tell you how great your music is and how good it makes me feel.
